A controlled quotation workflow for service businesses, from lead intake through human-approved quote generation.

Small service businesses lose leads when quotes are slow, and lose margin when prices are inconsistent — pricing often lives in one person's head, with no record of why a number was given.

A consent-aware feedback and neutral review-invitation workflow for HVAC and local-service businesses.

Service businesses hear from customers in scattered places and rarely turn that feedback into fixes — and many review-request tools quietly filter who gets asked, a practice review platforms prohibit.

RFP Response Generator

An AI-assisted document-response workflow built around evidence verification and controlled uploads.

Responding to RFPs is slow and error-prone — teams spend more time hunting for the right source information than writing, and unverified claims create real risk.

Quoting a service business can trust

Small service businesses lose leads when quotes are slow, and lose margin when prices are inconsistent. Pricing often lives in one person's head, with no record of why a number was given.

  1. A price must be explainable and repeatable.

  2. Weak data should produce a refusal, not a guess.

  3. A pilot needs a narrow scope.

A working local build with 18 automated tests. It currently runs on synthetic demo pricing history, and it has not yet been used by a real business, so no time or revenue savings are claimed.

How I work

AI is useful when accountability stays visible.

The goal is not automation for its own sake. It is a better operating process with clear ownership, review and evidence.

  1. Map the decision

Clarify the workflow, the evidence, the exceptions and the owner before choosing a tool.

    How pricing was mapped
  2. Design the control

Keep approvals, escalation paths and audit evidence explicit inside the solution, not around it.

    Human-approved replies
  3. Test within boundaries

Narrow scope, observable criteria, and documented failure modes before widening use.
